At Key, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping point. Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
